Q: I own some steel, copper and CCO. Which of these 3 (WPM, DPM, FNV)would you prefer to complement them over the next few years, and why?

Q: On Monday it was announced that TD Bank will pay US$1.2 billion to settle Stanford Ponzi scheme lawsuit. That being such a large sum will it have a great affect on TD Bank for this years financial statement?

Q: Good afternoon folks
I listed to Robert Kessler on Consuella Mack show called Wealth Track on Sunday. He is very convinced that we all should get out of stocks and go into US LADDERED TREASURIES. He feels the market will be very bad for 15 years or so. What is your take on his view?

Q: Looking at the price performance of this name the decline appears to have started around the time an increase in interest rates was contemplated since when the price has halved and the yield gone from around five to about 10%. Listening to the conference call the recent shortfall appears to have been problems with their Prospect investment, against which management says they should receive some or all of the moneys owing, probably in '23, maybe '24, and that the future for their facilities are buoyant - not that anyone would fault management for championing their business. Over the years, and they have been almost all low rate years, their unit price has not dropped below 10, or 9 if you go back 20 years save for a brief interlude in ‘09, since which time they have presumably grown.

What has been your experience with other health care REITs and what outlook would you assign to the sector as well as for MPW

Q: Hi, Could you please comment on the quarterly/annual results released today., which appears to be strong. Company also seems to be committing to regular and special dividends through 2024, and returning 50-90% of FCF to shareholders !! Sweat !!! There has been so much pessimism about TOU and NG producers, recently. Do you expect the stock to recover and see better price action, over next 12-18 months ? Thanks

Q: I've owned shares in Brookfield companies for a very long time, not having sold a share. I'm now very overweight in my overall portfolio 15%, BN & BIP.un being the lions share with smaller positions in BAM & BEPC.
I need to reduce the size of the overall position, can you share thoughts on similar types of companies that I could buy with that type of shareholder alignment in the management team

I just asked and you very quickly answered the question below. But how can there be an ex-dividend date for a stock that hasn't started trading? Or did you mean CSU? Confused here.

Q: I see that CSU is down $60 per share as of 4PM on 3/1, and I also see that a listing for Lumine has popped up in my online account, though with no value attached. I know those shares are not starting to trading until around 3/24 but do I assume correctly that some or all of today's drop in CSU is related to Lumine?

5I RESEARCH ANSWER:
We would not assume this. The ex dividend date for LMN was Feb 15 and that day would have reflected the spin off.
