Q: I am looking for an equal weight, cad hedged Etf’s focused on any or all of the following:
- nasdaq 100
- s&p 500
- technology / IT

I hoping something exists. I’m worried about Over concentration in fang stocks but still love the sector they are in. I also think the USD dominance is coming to an end. Thanks

Q: I looked up FVI(Fortuna Silver) in the question base and no one has asked about it before. So, this is the first time. What are your views on this company; it has more than doubled in about two months. I've only got half a position on it. Should I take profits? Hang on as silver is playing catch-up? Go full weight?

Q: Hi
I have been renovating an old cottage on the east coast, it seems that the supply chain has “broken” when trying to get lumber supplies to the extent that builders are saying forget about new builds.
Is there a buying opportunity here for lumber companies and if so what companies would you suggest.
