Q: Hello team,
I have been reading positive reports on DRI Healthcare. Can you tell me the difference between DHT.U and DHT.UN and which would be the preferred investment? Do you believe it is worth taking a small position in this company at this time?
Thanks
Q: NVEI's share price hit just under $180 in mid-September and has been sliding back down ever since, to the current $140 level. From a TA standpoint where is the very bottom support price? As well, I feel like locking in my gains at the current $140 level and buy back later, if the support level is not reached yet. Do you recommend that maneuver? Thanks.
When I try to estimate a stocks 12 month target price I assume a multiple and growth. My eventual target price usually ends up lower than what most analysts calculate. Do most analysts use current multiples even thought there may be short term multiple expansion? The overall market especially in the US seems to have experienced significant multiple expansion in the last couple of years. I would appreciate your thoughts on how analysts arrive at their target prices and forecasts. (they seem to be an optimistic bunch)
Read your Aug 4 BTE answer. Everything sounded fairly positive - reasonable cash flow generated with good expectations moving forward, debt was reduced, and you had a generally positive outlook although you did comment "we would prefer it (debt) lower."
Being just ahead of 3rd quarter reporting along with general sentiment oil could once again reach upwards to $100, I was thinking now would be a good time to add a position. I have 2010 - 2013 in mind when I did extremely well last time oil was $100+.
Do you think this is a good idea or a bad idea and why? And do you think we will see $100?

QST just got a new contract which is good news and the stock has jumped. I know you have rated it as a hold currently. Please give your update ...do you think they are bottoming out and there sector is more promising. Or would you still consider QST to be a high risk... possible value trap?
Q: In the questions and answers asked on the oil and gas industry, you usually mention, suncor, canadian natural resources, tourmaline, whitecap, parex, enbridge, and vermillion as high risk.
What are your thoughts on Crescent Point. They have reinstituted their dividend. Are they well capitalized. They have had a good run but can it continue or do you really prefer investing in the above names you regularly mention. I own crescent point and cpg and am thinking I should move into Suncor though everytime I move into Suncor I make the wrong move! lol
Have an 18 year old who has a little money set aside ($5,000) in a TFSA earning next to nothing. Can you please recommend 4 or 5 good growth names for long term hold. And would you think TOU is a good choice to include?
