Q: Andrew McCreath mentioned TD's large position in the Ameritrade deal this morning and expected TD to come out 3% to 5% higher. It didn't just up a little less than 1%. Is there an opportunity here ? Adding a third bank to my portfolio would bring financials up to around 10-12 % depending on how much I bought which wouldn't break my heart anyway......... Thank you for your great service.

Q: I have POW in my TFSA and though it lacks any growth the dividend yield is ok. Wondering if I should think about a switch to IFC to get a bit more growth, though that will reduce the dividend.

Q: The company continues to put it steady results and recently completed a private placement at 56 cents.
They have announced a 1 for 8 consolidation along with the initiation of a dividend.
The last reported NAV was 53 cents.
Management is very strong and experienced.
What is your view of the investment merits at current levels?

Q: Would this be an opportune time to sell a position in a registered account or should I hold on in hopes of another bidder? I am ok with owning Schwab shares, but it looks like fair value for the bid is $48 and AMTD is trading higher in pre-market. Thanks.

Q: Good morning all,
In an earlier answer to Dave it was suggested that "we might sell ..... and one of KXS/CSU. For clarification does this mean that you somehow consider KXS and CSU somewhat equivalent? I was surprised to see these two companies considered as one or other type positions and would appreciate a bit of an explanation.
Many thanks,
Brian
