Q: WISE Hi Peter - I realize this stock is outside of your market experience. But I'd greatly appreciate any information you could provide on the outlook for this UK listing? Do the financials appear that good that the stock has risen from 775 to 1120 since the IPO. Greatly appreciate your sound advice.

Q: When I look at the quoted prices for SLF it gives me a long list of share types you can purchase. I understand that a preferred share acts more like a bond and you don't have voting rights but you get paid dividend payments first and come ahead of the line before common share holders for pay outs. Given the price per share of a preferred share is much less than a common share why would anyone not choose the preferred shares? In essence, I want to know whether to buy SLF common shares or preferred shares, thanks.

Q: Hello,
What ADR would you suggest for Volkswagen?
I've owned VWAGY on the OTC Pink. Somewhat liquid and appears to pay dividends once a year.
Is there a better way to own this company in my TD USD trading account?
Thanks

Q: I got into upstart about 5 weeks ago and it has since increased 78%. Is this a hot potato where I should take at least some (taxable) profits? It's pushing 6% of my equity. I guess my real question is given the tear this has been on, would you be more skittish and pull the take profits button here earlier than normal. Thanks.

Q: Long term bond prices rose during previous tapering periods (following 2014 QE for example). Given this, and the relative certainty tapering is coming soon, would now be a good time to add to one's long and short term bond holdings? If I'm incorrect, please explain why? Thank you, great service.

Q: I've heard it said, invest in what you know and what I know for sure is we need food and water to survive. So I'm looking to purchase two stocks in my portfolio in the agricultural sector. I am looking for dividend and some growth. If that stock offers diversity and/or a technical play even better. But first and foremost, what these investments have to offer is something the world can't do without.
What would be your picks out of the above list and why?

Q: Want to enter the green energy space to take advantage of the required doubling of our electrical power capacity in Canada and US to meet climate change targets. Brookfield Renewable Partners, First Solar, SolarEdge and Ormat all seem to have merit. Which of these, or another company, would you recommend. Thanks!
