Q: Good day,
I read a snippet of something on an investment forum about proposed US tax changes with regard to withholding charges on US dividends. From what I understand, the changes, if implemented would mean the US would begin to charge withholding tax even on dividends in RRSP accounts. Would you know anything about this?

Q: I read somewhere that the recent weakness of BEP.UN/BEPC is due in most part to tariffs on China imports of solar panels and wind turbine components, rendering many projects in the pipeline to become uneconomical and thus,materially reducing expected future growth. What do you think of this thesis? -- Or in your opinion, is the weakness in price are mainly caused by general market conditions and bad sentiments?

Q: Trying to decide what to do with WELL. In the short term, where do you see the bottom price? Looking forward 6-12 months, what range do you see it trading at? Does 5i still believe in the story? Q: First of all I would like to ask do you like this segment going forward into the world of tariffs.

I currently own ATZ in my registered account and am up marginally.

Q: Thinking of switching from TD to RY since RY has dropped recently. The EPS and PE looks much better. The dividend pays out on April 24. When would I have to buy the stock to get the dividend. Cheers Steve
