What do you think of the news of photonic inc. partners with telus. At today's price is telus a buy, hold or sell and is the dividend safe.

Please reference this question from last week.  The photonic partnership hits a few key words (quantum!) but we would not consider it material yet. The two companies will work on network solutions and quantum security, but we would not see it adding to profitability anytime soon.
