Q: Sylogist just released its quarterly earnings this morning. Would appreciate your comments. Any concerns with slightly lower revenue ? Thanks

Q: This list of companies from the Balanced Portfolio were all beaten up a bit last year. Which of these do you now consider buying opportunities? Are any of these on your list to watch & discard if performance doesn't improve? If I were to add some of these to my relatively diverse portfolio, how would you order them in terms of anticipated total returns?

Q: When does Sylogist report? I recall reading that they were to report yesterday but I can't find anything further. Can you clarify this for me.

Q: After being a laggard for most of 2016 &2017, Sylogist shares finally picked some momentum after release of last quarterly results in December, probably due to renewed optimism about company's outlook for 2018 and beyond. However, market interest seems to be fading out as reflected in share price falling back to $9.50-9.75 level (below where it started last year). I do understand that no analyst covers the co. and stock has low liquidity. Over past 4-5 years, since we started investing in the company, it has produced decent returns for us including respectable dividend growth each year, but I am wondering if it's time to lighten up (6-7% of portfolio) and deploy funds elsewhere. Unless, of course, if there is a compelling reason/potential to hold. Thanks

Q: Listed above are the stocks i currently have in my TFSA Would you suggest selling any of those listed and what would you suggest adding for 2018? All are approximately equal weight in my portfolio?

Q: Why would Sylogist not graduate to the TSE in order to get better exposure? And would you consider syz in the saas area as CSU, DSG and Kinaxis. And would they rank last and would they be an attractive takeover target by a bigger company.

Q: I am a holder of SYZ, IMHO they have the worst website for shareholders I have ever come across. The only good thing is a link to Sedar. Why not have a list of press releases at a minimum for easy div. date reference. Not acceptable for any Co. never mind it's a computer Co.
If you agree you would have more clout with SYZ.
