You responded to Derek and his question about TSU and BAM stating “ TSU was a 100% spin off from BAM.A. BAM does not own any shares and there is no formal relationship between the two. Essentially, TSU is too small for BAM and we would not expect something between the two.”
In fact, Partners Value (private investment holdco of BAM) is the majority shareholder of TSU with a weighting of 10%. Also, Q4 2016 Flatt stated that senior management intends to keep all of their shares. Now I’m 2020 they did sell 2.5 mm of shares.

Is GSY exposed to a higher rate of loan defaults than the scheduled banks? It would seem that GSY takes on riskier clients and will be exposed as people start to default as rates rise. It's taken a beating the last few months. Is that what the market is concerned about?

Q: It seems the last Federal Budget would be great for them and yet the shares are going backwards, why?
Q: I m 73 years old with God willing at least another 10 years left. My Lightspeed is down 70%,$11,000. leaving me with $4,530 in my TFSA. Q: With all the supply chain issues, and supply chain management being KXS specialty why was the stock flat in 2021, and down 2022. Supply chain issues persist, KXS does not appear to be capitalizing. Will revenue and share price improve through this year? I know it has been mentioned they have lumpy earnings but the conditions for their products should be very strong.
