What is your list of 5 stocks which seem to you to be irrationally under-priced today?

Thanks,

Q: First off I am 30yrs old slightly more growth investor and plan on holding for long term. I have a 25 CND stock portfolio of approx. 300k and Pension of 100k split between a Global Fund and CND Fund. In reviewing my personal portfolio I feel my financial exposure maybe needs some work (17% Weighting). I have a full position in GSY, TD,SLF and a half position in CXI. My question is because TD and SLF are probably already represented in my pension fund and they don't really fit the style of my portfolio would you look at switching them out? If so what suggestions would you have that would compliment GSY and CXI. Thanks

Q: Hi, There are a number of stocks in the 5i balanced portfolio that I don't have yet. If I were to buy only three from the following list, which three would you pick for its growth and its value? My portfolio is well diversified so the sector allocation isn't a big concern:

GC, AIF, BYD.UN, CAE, CLS, PKI, SYZ, or GSY, PHO, ECN,

thanks

Q: I own half position in the 3 financial companies noted as well as some solid banks (BNS as an example). I am down in both CBL and GSY while doing alright in ECN. GSY has been on a move in the right direction lately, is it worth selling cbl with loss and go full position in GSY (I am down some as well)? Should I stay the course. My weighting in financials is at max. A little trimming would be OK too

Q: Peter was on BNN recently and GSY, TV and AVO were his top picks. But what does that mean? How do these picks relate to the model portfolios? If I was to buy new positions today, should I use the top picks as a guide or continue with filling out my holdings with the balanced equity portfolio?

Q: I own a small percentage of ECN (no gain/loss) and EFN (at a loss currently). I'm thinking of consolidating my stocks by selling one or both. I'm wondering whether I should sell both ECN and EFN and consolidate in a stock such as GSY, or whether I should sell the EFN and consolidate in ECN. What do you think? Do you have any suggestions or recommendations in other similar stocks that I could consolidate in? Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Q: I know you are high on this co.,and i agree it is maybe cheap, but it is now off close to 30% of it's high and sinking fast to where it was 3 years ago, i know it is still up for the year, but what is it that the market does not like about this stock?. I find that many low p/e stocks are not the stocks that you want to hold, they are cheap for some reason.
Thanks again so much.

Q: Hi 5i,

As of today, which stocks would you purchase with a full position in an RRSP to hold for 3-5 years?

Which stocks would you consider value stocks to purchase today for 1/2 to a full position in an RRSP?

Thank you for your excellent service and advice.

Cheers,

Jerry & Debbie

Q: I am looking for 3 or 4 Canadian dividend paying stocks to add to my portfolio. What are today's picks for safe, rising dividends, and fairly priced stocks of solid companies? My portfolio is well balanced, so sector is not important.
