Q: I would like to sell ONE of the above (need the money)

all have capital gains, ignoring tax consequences,

Which is the most overly valued right now, hence my way of looking at selling high.

I am open to your opinion about how else / other ways of looking at a sell (outside of tax consequences.)

Q: My questions is about REIT investing. Seems that REI.un, BEI.un's 5 year return is cyclical, could be just back to original value whereas CAR.un and IIP.un value climb nicely over a 5 yr. period. Any difference in selecting these REIT's ?

Q: I purchased WCP back in 2014 when the share price was pretty much double the current price. I was wondering if I should average down and pick up a few shares as it seems the analysts have some positive comments on the company in the future.

Q: Any new thoughts on META? I'm thinking not much will happen - in Ontario at least - until we get closer to next April when the cannabis retail stores open. Working with existing retail, Second Cup, has to put them in a good future place doesn't it?

Q: Hi, I got in at a really good price and rode this to the $2.00 mark and sold most of my shares.
