Q: Your earlier answer stated: "The new corporation will have 'identical distributions' to the existing partnership."

Does this mean the distribution is essentially being increased by 25% (for existing shareholders) upon the formation of the Canadian corporation as distributions from 4 units becomes distributions from 5? Or will the distribution from 4 units be equal to the distributions from 4 units + 1 share?

Q: In the hopes of confirmed China trade deals on the horizon and easing geopolitical tensions i'm curious about your feelings on INPUT and how they can stand to benefit? With China's ban on Canadian meat products being lifted, could we reasonably expect the Canola ban to follow suit? Any other names you may suggest that would see immediate upside from stronger US/Canada/China relations? Also do you know the payout ratio for INP? Thanks

Q: Since you did your report on gdi I have been watching it , and contemplating buying in. But everyday it seems to be running away from me since releasing earnings . Should I wait for a pullback now to get in? Or should it just be bought? I am a little hesitant as the price targets you gave in your report seem to be getting surpassed already . Thanks
