Q: Hello

Which of these 3 major Canadian wireless service providers is the best/safest buy at the moment taking in to account capital gains going forward and dividends.

Q: Would you know much about Questrade’s new Securities Lending Program? It looks like everyone has to opt in when they log in to the platform, and it allows Questrade to lend out an investor’s stocks and ETF’s. Not sure how that works and why! The investor collects passive income but loses CIPF coverage, and according to Google, may not receive dividend payments while the shares are lent out. I’m not sure about it all so went in and opted out. Would you opt in? Thanks.

Q: Hi Peter, interested in your short term and longer term thoughts on BRK since Warren's announcement that he the legend is passing the reins to Greg Abel this year while he (W) will maintain a more advisory role. We all knew it would come but lol though it's still rattling inc making many of us feel older as well. The stock will likely drop on this, especially when combined with the tepid quarter. How much of a premium is built in due to Warren vs if it was just another holding company. Greg Abel (from Edmonton) is obviously extremely capable and we love his humility, energy and endorsement but how will the market see this ? Where would you add ? Thank you.

Q: Hi team,
What are you're views on CS,s latest quarter? Seems like the tariffs uncertainties are keeping a lid on their stock price! If we are heading into a recession would it be best to sell now and revisit at the end of the recession ,if their is one?Also their debt ratio seems elevated.Looking for a two to three year hold.

It appears that OPEC + is driving the price of oil down to pressure North American oil producers and regain market share. What might happen to the price of natural gas if there is a significant slowing of NA oil production. Which companies could benefit from this? Thank you for your response.

Q: What is the 5 year return including dividends on Bn,Bam?
I notice their price is only $1. Apart, same year high of $90, yet Bam dividend is $3.75 U.s. while Bn is $.36 U.s.
Would Bam be the better choice for a 5 year total return?

Do U think it will beat estimates of eps 13 and Rev $862m.Imvariably beat estimates.A current darling that is a outformer ytd.Reportedly signed lots of contracts,both Commrtcial & Governmental eg Nato,Ice.Also partnership with Samsung.Goog, Msft,& SpaceX & Anduril to bid for "Golden Dome" etc. What is the ratio of Inst & retail ownership?Lately very voliate after reports(think more to the upside).Do U think I should trim/ sell after massive gain(p/p $22),hold or add tomorrow.Txs for u usual great views & services.

Q: With the announcement today of a 24% cut in NASA's budget, including scrapping Gateway, the lunar space station, does this affect MDA enough that it is no longer a desirable stock to hold? The Canadian Space Agency had awarded MDA a $1 billion contract to build Canadarm3 for Gateway, so they have lost a major contract there.

Q: I want to like SHOP but get put-off by the (forward) P/E. MELI scores better on P/E and RoE and appears to have momentum. Then there's SE, which shares MELI's P/E but shows better RoE growth; OTOH, it's somewhat more opaque.

I can see how SHOP might stand out on the basis of its global reach (i.e., which offsets possible weakness in North America), but have to wonder if, in the new world order, SouthEast Asia is the territory for e-commerce growth; ideas?
