Q: Greetings,

From what I can gather (simplywallstreet) the last noted insider purchase was in June of last year at $160.

The price today is about $128 and the 52 week low was $117 and no sign, as of yet of recent insider buys.

1) Previously happy to pay $160 but no longer happy to pay $128? Can anything be made of this and what is your rational for continued optimism?

2) What would be your recommended entry price?

3) If I had 100 units of cash then how would you ratio the purchase of PRL?

All the best,
A

Q: I notice for so many stocks that there is a huge increase in trading volume in the last 5 days or so of every third month. South Bow is a nice example. It trades about a million shares or less daily for most of the time then trades 3 to 5 million shares daily for the last 5 to 7 trading days in the months of March, June, September, December.. The pattern repeats every quarter.
Could you please explain this pattern for me.
Thank you Paul K.

Q: I have never received a vote on this offer. I trade out of TD Waterhouse. The Nuvista shares I own are in my Margin Account.
What are your comments about this takeover as it seems to me that the Nuvista shares are undervalued at $18.00 as shown by the increase in Ovintiv shares. Regards Gord

Q: Fiserve: nothing turns up for this company when I search on your market data page. Please see if the info is actually available.

And more for you...what is your opinion on FISV? It seems to be about 25% of its share price a year ago. Recent news stories show some promise. It reports in the next few weeks. What is expected? Would you jump in before it reports? Do you see a good chance for the share price to have a strong bounce? Or will it continue to flounder due to its past problems?

Many thanks for your excellent service

Q: I have held South Bow since its' early days, so have collected the nice dividend for almost 1.5 years, and also have some modest capital gains. It is basically a one-trick pony and seems bit weak lately and may be facing some perceived problems in the US. I am considering selling it and replacing it with Enbridge. Some questions:
1) do you see any problems with SOBO in general, and in particular with respect to Venezuela/US administration?
2) what is the payout percentage for both SOBO and ENB
3) what is the status of Enbridge line 5, what is the percentage of their product and revenue relating to line 5, and what will they do if Gov. Whitmer eventually wins to close it?
4) if it was you - continue to hold SOBO or make the switch?

Note this is held in an RSP, so there are no tax implications from a sale.

Thank-you
