Q: Hi 5i,
I currently own CHP.UN and L.PR.B. I would like your opinion, is there value in selling CHP.UN and buying WN,PR.D to strengthen my portfolio or should i just buy more L.PR.B. I looked but don't really understand the relationships here.

Q: I have a question that I haven't seen raised on these boards. If you have addressed this please forward me a link to the info.
I am not aware at this point as to what the 5i personnel structure looks like.
Currently what exactly are Peter and Ryans roles in 5i?
Who chooses the buys and sells in the portfolios?
Are there other team members other than Peter and Ryan that we should know about? Their Education, CV, etc? Who is Chris?
The reason I ask is because when I joined 5i at the outset it was because of Peter, who I had been following for years.
Many thanks in advance for your answers.
Sheldon

Q: Can you please give an updated opinion on VLE. It is not reacting well to the rising price of oil, Thanks
Q: Interested in a switch to bep.un from npi; your comments please.
Q: I also have a broker from a long way back where I have CSU and he is advising that with this convoluted system CSU has come out with that is intimidating to us older investors, my broker is telling me I will get approximately $400 in Principal amount of the Debentures and be debited approximately $530. Does that mean that I am getting $400 worth of debentures and pay $530 for them? I got the impression that I was getting money for this action CSU is taking. I do not know how many shares I have at the moment but those numbers will hopefully give you a rough idea. I am hoping I do not end up with another stock that operates in this manner. I will be waiting to hear from you before getting back to my broker. Thank you very much as usual.

Q: Could you suggest some US dividend stocks that you think are a buy right now and that may do well over the next year. Thanks
Q: Regarding your answer to Peter, call me cynical but this company inexplicably began a steady decline a month ago, followed by a steep decline yesterday before the public announcement of the bought deal. It looks to my suspicious mind like some people had inside information and acted on that knowledge.
Q: I sent in a comment about this yesterday. You likely know already but now Mike Holmes is telling a live CBC, George Strombolopolus audience about the same investment opportunity and how he has made a lot of money. It appears a lot of people are jumping on this.
Q: Any reason for the significant selloff this morning?

Q: Hi - if inflation stays persistent and rates remain firm or a bit higher, what sectors would you favour? Has the market already identified this and they are they already outperforming? If not, what names would you recommend for purchase at their current prices?
