Q: Further to my prior question about allocating stocks to multiple sectors, how would you assign the following? I know this is 'not a science', but I think it will give me a better idea of my sector distribution.

Q: Can I get your advice on what to do with KNT. I bought in at just under $1 and have made a decent profit so far. I know you should let your winners run. I was wondering if you feel the current valuation is fair or has it over shot a little. I feel that the price of gold maybe responsible for some of the gains and KNT could drop quite a bit if gold reverses.

Q: Keep in mind that I am now a retired (unabashed) income investor. My high risk growth days are past,(too much stress) Slow steady reliable 4% + div stocks ROCK MY WORLD NOW. So what is up (in your view) with the former Brookfield named (now Bridgemarg Real estate services)Is the recent poor performance a reflection of the name change and not having the star high profile parent name in it or a sagging sector. Is there something to fear about the div here. All my stocks average 3% holdings. Is this suitable or should I reduce? I have held it since 2012. Thanks for your time.

Q: I currently have $115 K saved in my children's RESP with the chikdren’s ages almost 14 (grade 9) and 12 (grade 7).

Currently I have $46,600 in 1-2 year GICs
$9K in Fortis
$25k in VDY
$35k in VFV

Considering cashing in Fortis or $10K of gains out of VFV for another GICs as I am concerned about markets and will need this money in the next 4-6 years for both children. Should I stay at 60/40 or reduce to 50/50 at this point?

Q: Over the weekend I was reading about the potential for mean reversion producing a rebound in value stocks in the US. Do you think this makes sense overall, or is it just about as likely as any of the ten thousand other 'this is what is going to happen' stock market ideas? Q: picCould you please put into context the recent earnings from PIC.A. The operating profit of 14.9M and the increase in net assets attributable to class A shareholders of 10.1M does not give me any feel for whether the company has done a good job over the past six months or not or whether that performance is consistent with or better or worse than previous periods in relation, perhaps, to their underlying investments. Thank you.

Q: Allo/Hello,
There is a cease trade order since May1st on WAYLAND Group (WAYL) because of late financial statements. Why is this canadian company stock allowed to be negociated on OTC in US$? (MRRCF). It happened to me in the past but my broker refused to trade in the US, even if some holders said on blogs that they were doing it. The $US stock is down more than 50% since May . Not fair, but may be legal ... Thanks.

Q: What's your thoughts on vermillion at this time? What is dividend payout percentage of cash flow or what ever metric you judge it by and is it safe. I know they picked up some canadian assets which the market doesn't like but what is its cash flow break down both canadian and international? Looking to pick up some quality name that are beat up.
