Q: I have a well diversified (thanks to you) portfolio of Cdn and US equities. I have a long term horizon, am comfortable with risk and do not need income (although its always a bonus). I have been sitting on some US cash equivalent to half a position and wondering
1) am I best to be patient and hold the small amount of cash
2) or fully invest it and if so, what you would be on your "shopping list" today for US stocks with greatest upside potential.
Many thanks
Scott

Q: my question regards our holding 2.5% in enb and 2.5% in ala both pay wonderful dividends but both are down about 6% in our portfolio...would you keep these both these stocks or remove one of them ...we also own a 1% weighting in wcp in energy but a 4% weighting in kwh.un and vnr...this is not a burning question but one that we feel possibly needs to be addressed and you are the people that know best so thank you for your advise...

Intrinsyc Technologies Corporation (ITC)
Q: In my technology sector I hold CSU, ABT,ITC, KXS, MDA and OTEX. These stocks share equal weights except for Constellation (CSU) is up more than 300% and is now taking up 30% of my 15.5% weighting in this sector. Although I do not want to sell CSU, should I be looking at rebalancing and replacing perhaps half of my CSU with another tech stock? If so, would you suggest a new one or recommend adding to one or more that I already have. Thank you for your views on this.

Cheers,

Q: Good Morning (Afternoon east of here)
Would you please provide your opinion on hotel management fees that AHIP pays, and if you feel they are in line with the industry? I have held this for several years and enjoy the monthly return but there has been little appreciation in the shares.
Thank you.
