Q: Looks like Xerox is attempting a takeover of HP. Is this what is referred to as a hostile take-over? I get lots of air mail telling me the Xerox position and other from HP saying its a bad deal. How does a person evaluate such an offer? Are you familiar? I hold HPQ currently.

Q: Gentlemen,

Xerox was a recent top pick on bnn as a value play. Can you offer your thoughts on the company. I was considering it as an addition to my mom's ( 63 years, retired) RRSP, at a 2% weighting. Please advise.

Q: XRX,NYSE-I've been watching this one turn things around for a few years and in hind sight should have bought already? Debt looks good, dividend increase regularly and low pay-out, bought a few high tech companies recently and looks poised to move fwd? What do you think for a long term hold and dividend growth?

Q: I have been pondering on Xerox for quite a while now? What do you think? I do know a couple of service men who fix the copiers and such- and they are older type gents- not quite asleep at the wheel but?? However their billings are cleaned up quite a bit over the past couple of years- they seem to be getting things figured out again.
