Q: Good morning. Any ideas why Delta 9 Cannibis INC (NINE.V) continues to drop?

Q: Could you please clarify how this ETF pricing mechanism works? My Qtrade website shows the current bid at $30.88 and ask at $30.91 (at approximately noon PT on Wed, April 18), yet the Day High shows $30.49. Is this indicating that there has not been any trading since the $30.49 price? I see a similar discrepancy with HXQ, but not with HXT where the bid price is exactly at the day high price. Thanks.

Q: Hi, about the recent question from Brad, who, like many of us is left clueless when recent changes to Globe Investor Watchlist app resulted in loss of a very useful feature which updated news as and when released from various news wire sources for the stocks on the watchlist. I am now using Yahoo Finance ( I think it's free), where I have uploaded my Watch List and most news releases are updated as and when out. The only issue is that, Yahoo Finance also posts Motley Fool/Accesswire articles, frequently, linked to these stocks, but are of no use for me. I am reasonably OK with this.

I set up a lot of "alerts" at my online broker to get information relatively quickly.
You can also set up an account (free) at CISION (newswire.ca) under "MY SERVICE" to receive company releases by e-mail.

Q: Hi, could you look at the chart for MFI, especially since March 1, 2018? It's the oddest chart. The on balance volume has been going up while the share price has been going down. My understanding is that such a trend could mean shares are being accumulated, often by a fund. Such a divergence often leads to a pop in price. Indeed, that's what happened to MFI on April 12, where it went up 3%. Then on April 13 it went back down 3%. On April 16 it was again up 3%. And today, April 17, it is back down 3%. What do you make of these observations, if anything? Thank you.

Q: I am underwater on both of these stocks. Gas prices are up, they both issue regular dividends but I don't see upward movement in the stock price. I have kept them because the dividend is regular (for now). Overall portfolio weightings aside, do you believe I should be adding to these or do you think there is still a downward trend in the sector.
