Q: The performance of ZLB has strongly outperformed VCN over the short and long term. ZLB will likely survive a recession better then holding VCN. If I own both, should i just sell VCN and own ZLB but would their be a case to own VCN instead? thanks

Q: My Question is on General market conditions from Technical point of view
Its seems looking at the technical charts for $INDU (DOW index) it has formed a TRIPLE TOPs with divergence in RSI and MACD with lower lows at each tops and $INDU now breaking off 200MA and from todays action its seems $INDU may run down to 20,000 or even 18,000 unless it jumps back above its 200MA
5i expert comment on this please

Q: I'm having a hard time understanding the difference between these two etfs. The yield is much higher on zpr and since this is for the income side of my portflio I am wondering if I should purchase it over cpd.
Q: May I please have your thoughts on rare earth metals and the Remx etf in particular? I was considering a short term play in this space. I'm referring of course to China's control of these resources and the potential for China to use rare earth metals somehow against the US in the context of a trade dispute. Thanks.

Q: Hi 5i Team,
I would like your opinion on AirIQ as a speculative. It's had an impressive year growing sales and I presume reoccurring revenue to follow. It has high amount of ownership by Vecima Networks and Mosaic and is actually buying back it's shares rather than trying to promote them which I find odd for such a small company. Do you think it could be setting itself up to go private?
Many thanks for your service!

Q: Over the years I have seen statements like “Picking bank stocks is always tricky, as under performers tend to revert to the mean over time.” However banks like CM have been under-performers for well over a decade and BNS has been flat for over 5 years- yes you were paid dividends but that’s all. In the meantime TD has provided much higher returns. Isn’t it better to stick with your winners rather than wait for an under-performer to revert to the mean- with CM your time scale would be decades.

Q: I have invested $100,000 in BNS shares average price is $ 72.00. Would it make more sense to sell half and buy CM which is also down just as much in order to split the risk or would you recommend splitting the funds in all 5 big banks?
Thank you
Nick
