Q: HELLO TEAM... I am building a small cap dividend income portfolio as part of an overall income plan-it will comprise only 5-10% of my overall portfolio ( mainly for diversification). The names I have chosen so far include DBM, CJR.B. KPT, TTR-all nice dividends with some growth potential. Do you have any other ideas for this adventure ...once again many thanks regards gary

Q: Do you have an opinion as to approximately when at year-end the selling of beaten down stocks for harvesting capital losses is generally sufficiently exhausted that one can consider stepping in where desired? If so, would your opinion be the same for US and Canadian markets?

Q: In reviewing questions regarding infrastructure WSP Global and Jacobs Engineering appear to be among your favorites. How how would you rank them against each other and is there another 1 or 2 worthy of consideration?

As always thanks for the great service.

Q: What do you think of the TD all in one portfolios? They seem to offer some active management that the vanguard and share all in one portfolios do not offer. They allocate a certain portion to technology etc. Are they worth it?

They list the MER at 0.25 but also list a management fee, having a hard time figuring out the total fees.

Torn between doing something like this or creating my own portfolio with 6 ETFs.
