Q: As a follow up to my question on Big Wind Capital, my understanding is that it’s halted right now as it has a DA to acquire 49% of Hill Top Security.

It will come back on the exchange with a US listing as well, new name, Hill Top Cybersecurity Inc.

The symbol already on their new web site, is CYBX.

They will provide a US Government patented blockchain cybersecurity to all Bitcoin transactions worldwide.

In addition they will have a ICO of a new Bitcoin called Minecoin. It will be a medium to allow metals and mining companies to negotiate their transactions safely and securely and eliminate the middleman.

Is my information correct and again, what are your thoughts please.

Thanks!

Q: Hi 5i,
I currently own 23 stocks (non reg. and RSP) including the following which in some cases I've owned for over a decade: HR.un,AP.un, T, BCE, H, IPL, ENF, VET, ESN, CSU, GIB.a, ATD.b, WSP, TD, FIE. Which of these above positions would you consider candidates for replacement considering 2018 market conditions(rising interest rates, NAFTA, etc.) And, regardless of specific selection criteria, how would you rate the following replacement candidates or others: AQN, PKI, ERF, PBH, AFN, CM,KXS, PHO?

Please consider # of credits you deem appropriate.
Thanks,
Dean

Q: Good morning 5i Team.
I'm starting to be concerned about the potential for a significant correction in the markets. I'm interested in your opinion on using a bear ETF on the TSX or S&P as a cost effective way to at least partially protect investments from significant correction? I've read that these tend to decay over time and should only be used for short periods. Is that correct? Does it apply only to the leveraged bear/bull etfs or all?
If the etf idea is not advisable, what would you suggest?
I've got a few questions in there so please take as many credits as necessary.
Thanks
Peter
