Q: A few months have gone buy since this company listed and I see no questions on it. Can I get your thoughts on HAYW now that they have reported a couple of quarters. The price has had a bit of a hit, but the Q2 didn't look too bad. How would you consider the growth potential for HAYW? Is there still some settling out that needs to occur or would this be a good time to jump in?

Q: Can I get your opinion on some publicly traded bitcoin mining companies. The only player in Canada I've come across is HUT 8.
Specifically:
1. Do you see these as actual viable companies / viable business models or just another play on rising bitcoin prices?
2. earlier this year [Feb/21] you noted you didn't see much differentiation between any particular publicly traded mining companies. Has that view changed since then.
3. Can you explain the massive rise in prices in late 2020 and the recent drop? Just tied to the price of bitcoin?

Q: hi folks, your thoughts on Anaergia acquisition of Rhode Island Bio Energy facility...sounds good for future of Anrg but n/r lacked details of purchase price, etc....& how much it will help the bottom line of Anrg....have small spec position & would U add or wait until first Q results come out?? ...& would you view Anrg similar to Xebec xbc?.... Sales increased 78% excluding foreign exchange impact
EBITDA growth of 225% to $15.2 million
EBITDA margin of 13.2% compared to 6.6% prior year
EPS of $0.22 compared to ($0.02) prior year
Targets annual EPS of $1.90 by F2026
Quarterly dividend of $0.10 per common share

Q: I am having difficulty making sense of the recent loss for this company. The results appear to be penalized by losses applying to a change in the fair value of debentures as well as derivatives which together are greater than the EBITDA earnings. I was wondering how relevant these are to the company's prospects and whether the resulting valuation justified the fall in the share price. Thank you for your response.
