Q: As I watch the growth stocks in my portfolio get crushed I can't help but also feel excited at the buying opportunities that are being created for others I thought I had missed. With the Nasdaq only 1200 points off its high and companies like TWST (down 57%), LMND (down to 60%) or BOMN (down 50%) or NVTA (down 55%) it is undeniable that many of these stocks have been revalued.

My question pertains both to these specific companies and smaller caps in general. Do you think companies like these are close to finding a floor meaning that it is time to start buying in tranches as they inch down or do you consider it more likely that we need a major sell off and full capitulation?

With these specific companies, what would be an entry price that makes sense for each for the first 1/2 and then a full position. (ie buy a 1/2 of LMND at 75 and then full at 60 if it gets there).

Q: AVEO Oncology share price jumped after it got FDA approval for
FOTIVDAŽ (tivozanib) around 2 months ago. It ramped up for this by securing capital, and issued new equity, @ $ 8.00 which was fully subscribed, including all offered additional shares. New Director appointed who seems to be quite an authority on cancer research.

Unfortunately. the Share price dropped after the spike on approval, and has fallen back to old levels. what seems to be the problem ? When do you think, if at all, the price will reach the lofty levels recommended by the Analysts covering it.

Thanks and Appreciate all the advise and guidance you and your team provides.

Q: My understanding is that shareholders of PHO will receive$3.60 per share if the buyout goes through. is there any reason to hold onto Pho right now given that the buyout is for $3.60 and this is what other traders seem to be willing to pay right now? there were a lot of asks vs bids today. I'm not sure why someone would want to buy Pho knowing that the maximum they will receive is $3.60. can you please shed some light on this?
thanks for your help

Q: Hi.
I own DND. I was pleased with the results and later today(May 12th) they announced a small acquisition in the UK.
Looking at the industry they operating in and the services they provide, DND seems to have an economic moat. They can raise their prices and companies using them will not have much of a choice but to agree due to very limited competition. This is a very powerful position for a company to be in which allows it to protect its market share and profitability and to keep growing. Do you agree with my thesis?
Thanks

Q: Hi Team,
As a growth investor my stock portfolio is about 75% high growth tech weighted (mostly US) and has now fallen 25% or so from peak during this rotation. I have so far been hesitant to trim or sell anything up to this point. Is it time to bite the bullet and cash out part of my holdings and buy into other sectors that favour inflation? Or do you think the damage is near done here and possibly start adding to beat down quality growth names? Right now the sky is falling for my type of portfolio and trying to decide which way to go. Or perhaps just do nothing...
Thanks
Shane

Q: I am currently looking to rebalance my portfolio taking into account the latest volitilty. I am a long term investor and fairly well diversified. I do need to top up in a few places. Would you suggest your favourite stocks in each of the following sectors: energy, health, telecom and industrials.
Thanks Peter and all of you for this wonderful service.

Q: To my amateur eyes, it looks to me that XIT has reached a major support level of around $43 (looking at technical support and resistance levels). I hold a core long term position and did some trimming for asset allocation reasons around $50. I would normally consider adding at this level, but thought I'd check with you (again) about the impact of interest rates on technology. Do you see much more technology downside in your crystal ball?

Thanks for your help...Steve
