Q: I sold CRH last week. I bought it a couple of years ago so I luckily had a 109% gain on it. I was thinking about getting back in but after VRX, PHM and CXR I just can't do it! I have these stocks:

ATD.B, AIF, BNS, CCL.B, CNR, CGX, CSU, KXS, GUD ,MG, MX, NFI, PPL, PBH, SIS, TOY, SJ, T, WSP, ENGH, VET, BCE and TD.

This reflects your balanced model portfolio pretty closely...What would you recommend to replace CRH in this mix?
cheers
Andy

Q: The stock appears to be acting negatively to the recent slow down in same-store growth. But AW has announced plans to grow aggressively so I am wondering if going forward, this new found growth would alone be enough to continue seeing the stock value increase? Or if same store sales do continue to remain flat would you expect this stock to become more of an income stock with little growth?

Appreciate your insight.

Q: From a technical standpoint RRX had broken down a while ago. MACD earlier in April, RSI just recently in official oversold territory and the Williams Percent range in the sell category roughly around the same time as MACD. I remember holding "quality" oil stocks as oil drifted from $100 to much lower, as many other did. What do the pros do with "quality" stocks in a poor sector? And with a poor forcast for oil prices at least now?
In RRX at just under $10. Right now its less than a %2 in portfolio.

Q: I have emulated the Balanced Equity portfolio as much as possible but the proportions don't max exactly. PBH and KXS are not yet at the 6% level (close) so I did not re-balance. Trust this in line with your thinking.

BTW...April numbers in my three trading accounts are: +1.54, +3.1 and +2.14. And my TFSA, begun in January, 2015, is almost doubled. Thanks for your genius. I tend to think of all three accounts as a single portfolio but iTrade can't combine them.
