Q: The above 2 stocks had a one day rally the other day. Since then they have fallen below technical support levels. Has your opinion on them changed? With hold ratings, I find most holds just continue to go down. Waiting to hear. Thank you.

Q: I'm in the process of rebuilding my portfolio for 2022. It would be helpful if you could share with me a list of both Canadian and American companies that meet the following criteria:
1. They are some of your favourite companies from a fundamental perspective
2. They are currently buying back their own shares.
3. They offer a decent dividend.
4. They run businesses that offer good growth prospects for next year.
5. They currently offer good value.
6. These companies are so solid they would classify as 'core ' holdings.
At least six companies in each list would be appreciated.
Finally, I would like to express my gratitude for the support and ideas you have shared this past year. Definitely one of the best advisory services available to Canadians,

Q: Hello. I hold this US REIT in my margin account. Could you explain the tax consequences of the payout distribution? Would you prefer this type of holding in a register account? Thank you.
Q: NEO Exchange CDR product. I cannot determine how the hedging works by adjusting the CRR exchange ratio, being the actual shares held. Do you follow it.
It appears that both the exchange gain and loss are eliminated by adjusting the number of shares held.
What is the cost of having this hedge. Where is that disclosed.

Q: Hi,
Currently holding around 25% tech exposure, long term growth investor. If I wanted to de-leverage my portfolio and rebalance to some other sectors, how would you rank these tech stocks?
Do you have any fundamental concerns about any of the names held or is this a good list? NVDA is on my list of names to own as well. Thank you!

iShares Core Canadian Universe Bond Index ETF (XBB)
Q: I need to shore up my accounts with some fixed income (low risk) positions. All indications are that interest rates are likely to rise, which makes me nervous to hold bonds or bond funds. I am not sure where to turn - maybe Bond ETF's? I don't want to micromanage a specific bond portfolio either. Do you have any advice on the best approach? I am still 10-15 years from "retirement" (whatever that means), so my investment horizon is still pretty long term.
Thanks in advance
Thanks in advance

Q: Hi guys,
I have been a holder of AAPL for years with some excellent returns. Increasingly however I wonder whether this is a sustainable growth pace for the world’s richest company, and whether they are able to hold their multiple. The phones are expensive and their watch, AirPods and other accessories are successful, but again can they sustain replacement of these expensive products and actually grow their markets for such a huge company.
Their recent rally has been shocking to me, as the only recent news provided was of supply disruptions and an insider statement to suppliers that demand for the 13 is less than expected.
Do you see AAPL as worthy of holding for years to come with its now elevated multiples or is this possibly a good time to jump to another peer that has more left in the tank, like MSFT or AMZN?
Thanks as always.
