Q: Hello 5i,

Just a question about insider purchases ...
BDI has had ongoing purchases by Edward Kernaghan, of Indirect Ownership of Common Shares.

For the past couple of months he (or his groupl) have been buying small (<500) and large lots (>60,000) on a daily basis.
I am assuming he is purchasing these for clients but it seems odd that it has been going on for as long as it has (since October).
From your experience, what if any insight can be gleaned form this information?
Any info or comments would be welcome!

Q: Good morning. I'm wondering if there is a canadian etf(s) that would provide exposure to the US tech sector which could contain companies such as Microsoft, Apple etc. This would be for a non-registered account or TFSA.

Q: I am a senior and rely on my dividends for income in a RIF. I would like to know what I should do with ZWE, I own a 4.8% position and I own ZDI 6% position. DO I sell one and combine? I have a balanced income portfolio of 5i approved stocks with a 10% weighting in ZWH. Thanks for all the help, I use you for 99% of my decisions. Great job on the new web sight. Gary

Q: I have owned MAXR/MDA(in my RSP; approx 2.5% of my Portfolio) since 2015 and currently Market Value slightly greater than the Book Cost . I am a long term investor ,however, I am undecided re keeping MAXR or to sell and invest in another stock. Your input would be appreciated. Second question-what two stocks would you recommend regardless of sector/weighting at this time?

Q: Does power metals corp. have a worthwhile deposit in its spodumene lithium area in Ontario. It is stated that spodumene mining results in a purer lithium extraction that is necessary for the small lithium batteries in smartphones and all small appliances. Is this a worthwhile speculation at this time.
