Q: BAM's share price has popped up quite a bit in the last few weeks. Any reason for this? And is the valuation getting stretched, to the point of trimming one's holdings? Thanks much for your excellent service

Q: Hi,
I trust that you are well.
A couple of questions....
1) The first one has to do with investor psychology. I've held CIX for about 2 years. I got in at around $20, and it has gone as low as $12, and is now at $17.50. My instinct is to sell and be grateful that I have minimized my loss. Thoughts?
2) "CI Financial announces substantial issuer bid price increase"... it has gone from $17.50 to $18.25. Seems bullish?
3) Would you be able to suggest a ball park figure as a sell price...from a value investing point of view.
Cheers,
David

Q: I'm building US content into my portfolio, and am looking for medium risk ETFs. Do you have an estimated target and a recommendation for these two ETFs? I'd like both NASDAQ and S&P 500 exposures. Is the content of ZUE and XQQ content too overlapping for the two exposures?
Q: Boyd has been dropping steady since March loosing over $100.00 share price. What is the reason for this? Should I be buying more, selling or holding?
Thank you

Q: anything specific going on here? Thx James
Q: Noticed the announcement last night that PRL was partnering with a company called KOHO to expand retail lending in Canada. Does this now make PRL a direct competitor to GSY? I'm guessing PRL is quite a bit smaller and than this should not be an issue if they are, no? Thanks.
Q: I was happy to learn recently that TD now offers partial share purchases which I think is a great way to afford buying a company like CSU considering its 4000+ cost. I have a small amount to invest and was considering buying a partial share of CSU. At this point in time, considering current valuations and the potential for long term capital growth, would your preference be CSU or one of other Constellation spin offs LMN or TOI. Please explain why you would choose one over the other two. I intend to make this stock purchase within a TFSA. Many thanks for the for the great service that you provide.
Q: Good day. Can you please recommend a “conservative” stock paying at least a 6% yield with a consistent history of dividend increases. Also looking for capital appreciation of 3-4%/yr. Sector allocation isn’t an issue. Thanks a lot
Q: Stantec had a whopping year last year. Is this year's pricing simply a slight pull back from the gains in '23?

Q: I would appreciate your thoughts on ZID and JAPN. Do you think investing in India and Japan is a good idea and why. You may have thoughts on other ETF's that invest in these countries. Your input would be appreciated. Thank You.
Q: For BEP.UN, I read that the earnings are forecast to decline by an average of 7.2% per year for the foreseeable future. Also the dividend is not well covered by earnings and cash flows. Are these reasons to sell BEP.UN now???......Tom
Q: You previously mentioned that Pfizer stock might be a value trap. What if investors consider Pfizer stock as a dividend stock, similar to BCE, Telus, or other telecom stocks with limited growth potential? Dividend investors usually focus on the quarterly dividends and the potential risks to the business. What if they buy it for the income and hope for a recovery in the future? Another concern is whether the stock will continue to decline. Please share your thoughts. Thank you in advance.
Q: How significant would the partnership with KOHO impact the earning of PRL ? PRL price just surged so much today. Thanks for your excellent service.

Would you hold or switch for one of FCX, TECK.B , AEM or SJ as my material stock
Thanks for all you do

Q: I presently own PANW and I am up modestly. I would like to know your opinion of selling PANW and buying CRWD after its sell off? I want exposure to cyber security. Do you see more upside potential with Crowd Strike? Would the unknown consequences of CRWD be a problem?
Thanks
Dave.
Thanks
Dave.
Q: In regards to the restructuring of AW.UN, you recommended one could stay in 100%. Do I need to do anything or will they just change automatically. Will the Dividend be approximately the same? With the $37 price, are they estimating that will be the share price of the new shares? Thank you!
