Q: dr reported this morning and the stock is getting hit hard, what do you think of their results.

Q: DR had a less than stellar report today, and the stock price has taken a big hit. Would you consider it a "buy" at the current price, with dividend income being the main purpose? Do you consider the dividend reasonably safe, or not so much so? Is this report possibly indicative of things to come?

Q: First, in your response to the question about pipeline holdings, you mentioned Pembina raised their dividend this year. Did you mean Interpipeline, which just raised theirs recently?
What is the future of Brookfield Renewables and how will solar impact it's use over the next decade? I want to put this into a RRSP and just keep it - nice dividend - but I don't want a dated product.

Q: DR released their results today with income from continuing operations down 11.1 percent compared to a year ago. Was this expected with the sale of the Dakota Plains Surgical Center? Thanks

Q: Hello Peter, I bought this REIT a couple of years ago (admittedly blindly, just on some positive comments from J-F Tardif). I've been quite happy so far as, while the gains have been modest, it keeps paying out an almost 9% distribution without a lot of drama. Have I just been lucky so far? Can you offer a brief assessment of this REIT please, including its payout ratio and if you see anything that suggests I should take my gains and apply them elsewhere. Thanks in advance!

Q: Hi,

I wanted your opinion on the following stocks that tanked for me
TCK.B down 59%
TOU down 39%
CXI down 28% (in TFSA)

They were all 2% holdings in my portfolio....but not any more. Is it time to sell, hold or double down? For TCK & TOU I could sell for capital loss and buy them back in January if you think there is value with those stocks? My time line is at least 5 years, if not 10 - 15 years.
