Q: I'm thinking of starting to accumulate Northview. Research shows a pretty intertwined relationship between the company and it's largest shareholder, Mr. Drimmer, who also owns Starlight Properties.

Given his 15% ownership in NVU.UN his ability to nominate two trustees to the board, and the business relationship between his company and NVU.UN, I'm hesitant to jump in. What do you think? If not this mult-family REIT, would you suggest another one?

Q: Cxi took a quick 5% drop the day after you gave the sell recommendation after market close a couple days ago so I decided to delay hoping for a bounce back closer to where you sold. It continues to drop, so would you recommend just selling at market or setting a limit and wait for a $22 recovery?

Q: I am 72 years old and would like to add 3 or 4 stocks to my Tax Free Savings Account. I don't need income. My priority is Capital Preservation and some growth.
I am considering the following stocks: Atco, Canadian Tire, CN, Fortis, Power Corporation, and Richelieu Hardware.
Please comment on these or can you suggest better stocks?
