Q: Good morning! CVO is a listing I am following since it manifested it's interest in an IPO. Since the IPO the stock price has not performed well but is stabilizing. It is a fairly solid operation with what seems to be good management and fundamentals. I may wish to invest at some point. And I take it from your answers to recent questions that you do not have a vested interest in this listing yet.

My question is for this listing but also for any IPO out there. What are your trigger points that will initially get you interested in a listing and then that will get you invested in that listing ? Thank you.

Q: any chance 5i listened to conference call on AcuityAds at/t....Q results didn't seem bad, & stock opened decent, at $3.50sh....but tanked after conference call..thoughts?? Couple people I know were not impressed by magt on the call.....thanks

Q: I feel a bit lost and don't know what to do. Many of the stocks I own are down, some by a lot. Oh yes, it has been painful. Thinking of the long term, I did very little when the carnage started, and waited for things to settle. Perhaps they have or are getting close and I am getting ready to figure out what to do. But it is difficult to come to grips with some of the large losses, especially in holdings that I previously thought were pretty solid. For example, MG and PBH (and a number of others) . I see there are questions about these 2, so I am not looking necessarily for info about them; but more, do I sell stocks that I thought were, and still think are, good long term holdings, to move to other stocks that are said to have, currently, more potential? I see your comments about not sector jumping. But how do I adjust, if I get past my pain?

Though some are from registered accounts, there are losses in taxable accounts; how much consideration is to be given to that issue?

Q: At this time, which stock would be a better investment for a 3 to 5 year hold? I understand that both will be splitting in the near future. As well, if Google is the choice, would it be Goog.us or Googl.us that should be bought? Would you buy before the split or after? Thank you for your guidance.

1.Given current share price increase how do you view WDO going forward? Would you be investors and if so at what price would you consider? Do you think stock can run further and how do you view its risk? Further upside?

2. Considering initiating position in ATD given its current drop from around 53 to 47. What is your view on this company and would you be interested at this price. Any alternate suggestions in same space?

Q: The business journals suggest that Europe will put a big push on spending in alternative energy sources. Are there any north American listed companies that would be beneficiaries of that spending? I already own Cameco(uranium seen to also benefit).
