Q: I have opened RRIF with the following:zwu,zwh,zdm,zue,iwo,vig,xei,bip.un,rpi.un,ccl.b,A&W,bmo,vnr jnj and otc. I would appreciate your comments as to whether these are appropriate investments. If not, your suggestions would be appreciated. Please assume that my entire portfolio is diversified.

Q: Hi 5i,

In the last proxy & general meeting shareholders were to vote on a "blank cheque" policy for preferred shares I believe. I did not see results for the vote of this. Do you know what happened?

Would preferred shares dilute the value of the current common shares?
Are they for private investors or to be listed on the stock exchange?
Do you think this is a form of a "backup" or added plan to deleverage the company faster?
Would someone like BlackRock be interested in this type of investment as opposed to buying the whole company?

Q: MST.UN just released its Q1 results. Kindly give us an overview on those results and the future prospects. In particular the cash flow and the likelihood of an increase in distribution to the unit holders.

Should we be concerned about the slight decline in occupancy rates?

Q: When I look at the price profile of RRX over the last year, I see that it is essential flat. In contrast, those of CPG, WCP, VET or SGY show a 40 to 50% reduction. What characteristics of RRX have favoured it so in this declining oil price environment?

Q: Altagas has dropped in last week. Did this occur because of Fort Mcmurray fire. What is the impact of the fire on Altagas company and its' holdings ? Do I need to be concerned ??

Did the fire affect any other companies (that I should be concerned about ?) (I think Great west life took a hit too ???)
