Q: Do you know the reason that BIPC and BIP.un have been heading in different directions since the beginning of February. I thought that they were supposed to mimic each other. I own BIP.un for the yield in a tax sheltered account but maybe I should switch. Your thoughts would be appreciated.

Q: When I checked my investment accounts today I was surprised to learn all my Shaw shares were sold. I don't recall being informed in advance that this would happen. Is this normal, not to notify, just do it.

Q: Do you think that the alliance of China, Russia and Iran and these countries as well as others starting to use currencies other than the US dollar for trading commodities is the beginning of the end for the dollar as the reserve currency? Q: I've held this for years, thinking it is not high risk, produces a good dividend, has no speculative money in the price, and that good news is not priced in. However the stock relentlessly goes down. Does it still have much downside risk? If not the dividend alone justifies keeping it.

Q: Today is the Record date for getting the TD dividend. Tomorrow in the ex-dividend. Today I purchased some shares.
Will get the dividend or did I miss it because the shares will not be registered for 2 days.
