Q: Perhaps this is a silly question but I will ask anyway.
I see in a previous answer to a IPAY question that the 5i team considers this ETF to be liquid.
A recent market call guest has now made this ETF a top pick twice and it does intrigue me.
However , the volumes are very low. Many days are fewer than 1000 shares per day and almost always under 5000 shares per day traded. I do not consider these volumes to be liquid.
My question is. Is liquidity on a ETF somehow different than on a individual stock ?
Do you still consider this ETF liquid ?

Q: Hi guys , I saw a recent report that Chw was in the the top ten shorted Cdn stocks with 795000 shares short. This is apparently 8.9 % of the public float. I guess the high percentage is due to insider and other significant holders? What may be the thesis behind the dreaded short sellers position? Is Canada just a target in general? Thanks man

Q: Good day,
Using your new portfolio tracking, I realized that the tech sector occupies too much space in my portfolio. I proceeded to some reductions, but I am still at 32% of my total portfolio, way above your recommendation of 11%.
My present tech holdings are as follows: SQ 2.71%, RPD 1.82%, AAPL 2.64%, PHO 0.93%, GOOG 2.89%, NVDA 2.52%, XLNX 2.48%, AYX 1.36%, KXS 2.27%, TEAM 2.68%, VGT 3.%, XSW 1.36%, IGV 2.29%

In your view, which holding could be reduced or eliminated (or even added) for a more solid tech sector, geared to growth, with reasonable volatility, avoiding unhelpful overlaps ?

Q: Hi there, ATZ looks like its acting well and has broken to the upside past the deal price a few months ago of 16.90. Do you consider this a bullish sign and would you endorse a position today - either half or full? Q: Thank you for your timely e-mail this afternoon regarding Pensions as Fixed Income. I have always considered a DB Pension as good as a fixed income investment and when I set up my Portfolio Analytics yesterday, I was wondering how to tweak it to include my DB Pension. Your PV of an annuity idea allows me to test various values and also test it using a lower PV for a reduced % spousal survivor pension.
Thanks again and I think I have more to uncover in the use of this tool.

Q: Gentlemen,
On the PF Analytics, 5IR consider GOOG (6.2%) & FB (<1%)as IT but the new Sector is CS.
I adjusted sectors by end 2018, but PFA gives a 28% in IT and CS 0.5%
Are 5IR will make the change on sector changes?
