Q: BRO was such a good compounder for years. But since its last big acquisition its hitting 52 week lows, on top of the insurance sector struggling. Is this becoming a great buying opportunity or likely more issues and compounding story is behind them? Thx

Q: Retired, dividend-income investor. I am a little short on Industrials and am looking for a few ideas for me to do further research. I have a full position on WSP (trimmed it multiple times, having bought it at $36 in 2014). I also own CDZ, ZLB, ZWC, each having roughly 10% industrials.
Some initial ideas I have include CNR, TFII, and other stock and ETF ideas from you. I would prefer that you screen for having a dividend (>2%-?).
Thanks for your help....Steve

Thank you!

Q: EOSE I would appreciate your thoughts on this battery storage company. They manufacture an industrial battery storage system that does not require rare earth minerals. They are gaining sales traction and just announced a massive ramp up of production capacity.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Q: Would you consider this an interesting way to participate in India's growth? If so, at what price would you start accumulating? Thanks

Brookfield Renewable Corporation Class A Exchangeable Subordinate Voting Shares (BEPC $60.54)
Q: Hated BEPC for so long as I was down for many years after buying during the big hype for renewables when Biden was elected. Now, kicking myself for not buying more at the lows. My question is whether this has now run too high. Is there still a place for traditional oil and gas/nat gas in one's portfolio or for a young person (20's) should these be replaced with BEPC? Thoughts and buy price, please. Thank you!

Vitalhub Corp. (VHI $10.22)

WELL Health Technologies Corp. (WELL $4.90)
Q: Hi,
Have 1.3% in VHI and 0.9% in WELL. If you had to consolidate into one position, which would you choose? WELL has been frustrating as it goes on these big runs and then pulls back and can't seem to get any traction, whereas VHI seems more of a steady long term compounder that is in a nice uptrend which has pulled back and looks like a good opportunity to add now. Would you continue to diversify and hold both or consolidate now and just hold VHI?
Also have small positions <1% in TVE and WCP and would like to consoidate. Is the difference in whether an investor wants more growth (TVE) or income (WCP)? Which one do you see having more growth going forward? Already own TOU. Thank you!

I have some money to invest in my TFSA.
Should I be looking at an ETF in the Nasdaq 100, the Russel 2000 , an International or emerging market for potential upside?
Could you please supply a few suggestions.
I am in my 70s and this money will be left to my children.

Q: Hi Peter,
I have CAR.UN in my RRSP account for a number of years. It has performed poorly for the past year, though interest rate is heading downward which should be good for REITs. What are the reasons, apart from immigration restriction, for the negative momentum for CAR.UN? I’ve a 13% loss on this stock and I am thinking of selling it with no tax loss benefit and buy another REIT. Please suggest a few REITs that will provide a stable dividend and flourish in this economy. I’m thinking NWH.UN can be one possibility but it is at a year high. I already owned DIR.UN, BEI.UN and PLZ.UN. Thanks.

Q: I received notice from my brokerage that contained a US news release for Upbound Group that announced a new cfo- one coming from GSY. Can you confirm that this is another mgmt change at GSY, not previously reported. If so any worries on the executive turnover, I know GSY has a deep bench but so many senior level changes are troubling to me.
Q: Please give me your thoughts on this companies? Is it a good growth prospect and what about its perspectives in a 3 years range ?
Thank you in advance

Q: In your answer to Paul F’s question it sounds like GLXY has many parts. If so, is their future success likely to be constrained due to being “ jack of all trades, master of none”? Or are they strong enough in all the areas you mentioned to provide the leverage to be a likely BIG player in the near and long term?
Q: Good Morning
