Q: I am looking to add to my Tech Sector - I currently have AAPL, MSFT, CSCO ( in RRSP ) and OTEX - I am thinking about buying some GOOG ( in our TFSA accounts ) to complement the above - would that be something you would do OR would you add to the existing positions. Appreciate you comment.

Q: I am negative on subject three U.S. companies (FSLY, TWLO, ISRG) While these companies may be good growth companies if held long enough, I would appreciate your suggestions of several U.S. and Canadian companies that are likely to have more near term growth, any market segment and I have much risk tolerance. Q: Hi team,
I currently have holdings in the above companies and ETFs, and with the exception of MAG I am up between 12-90% on all of these. I am thinking that I should take some profits to reduce my exposure in the gold and silver sector.
Are there any of these that you would recommend getting out of, or would I be better to pare down my holding in each to get back to an acceptable percentage of my portfolio?
Also, if I was to hold some of these longer term, say 1-3years, can you please rank them in order of which you would recommend holding for that length of time.

Do you think the pharma/biotechs sector has risen on (assuming) hopes of vaccine success only for most within the sectors to deflate again when a decisive outcome has played out (does this seem a simplistic view)?
I guess I'm trying to gauge risk factors within these sectors at this time.

Q: Kinaxis on 9/14 it was $181.1 - 13 days ago it was $215, would this arrangement with L3Harris decision-making have anything to do with the sell-off? Q: There is no doubt carbon energy stocks are out of favour for many reasons, not least of which is the green movement. The future is all leaning toward electric vehicles (which I agree with), but I also realize electricity isn't going to appear out of nowhere. I could be completely wrong, but I don't believe wind and solar will be able to replace fossil fuels anytime soon. It's "very" possible more sustainable energy will appear down the road to replace fossil fuels, but so far I haven't seen a golden goose. I also think the Big Tech Companies are getting away easy when it comes to climate change. They are using a lot of electricity (and producing Co2) to run the steadily growing Data Centers (the Cloud). They claim they are using mostly sustainable energy, but I don't buy it. At work, even small communication rooms need a fair amount of cooling. Also most computer components, phones, etc. are throw away items filling landfills. So this is just an opinion I have today which could change, but wondering what your thoughts are on this?

Q: I am looking at putting some of my unused secured line of credit to work and invest in some dividend paying stocks. For context only, not much leverage about equal to 20% of my current portfolio, over 10 year time horizon and comfortable with the risks.

I am looking to see what companies you would suggest looking at. I keep circling back to companies like car.un or RBC. thank you

Q: Docebo To Power AWS Training And Certification Offerings... sounds like a great customer win. No financials disclosed but could be material and attract other companies. Do you have an updated view on the company and their outlook? They seem to be doing a lot of things right.

Q: I own both SHOP and LSPD. As LSPD moves beyond services to restaurants into services for other merchants, I am wondering how much overlap there is between there two businesses. Is it advantageous to own both?
