Q: Which of these would be safe for a longer hold as I am retired. If CSH is one of these what about the high P.E of 165

Q: Greetings,

I have very few US holdings and have been reluctant to buy more for various reasons. However, I bought a fairly small position in SEDG a few months ago with the idea of making it a full position for a long term hold. Today it is up more than 20 percent based on quarterly earnings. Should I increase the position now or maybe wait to see if it settles down? Also, could you give a little insight as to why the big jump based on this quarter. I can't see what was so sensational. Thanks.

Q: Hi, my only "basic materials" holding is Stella-Jones. It's a half position and is about 2% of my portfolio, which your analytics tool is telling me I need to bump up to about 4%. Could you suggest options under "basic materials" and whether I should increase SJ to a full position.

On your Portfolio Analytics tool, which I like, is there a way to enter holdings in US dollars, or are we to convert the Base Cost to USD when inputting those values?

Q: Could you provide what you see as the best 3 investable stocks that should benefit from continued growth in the renewable energy sector and the move away from carbon based fuels. I am not looking for high risk new technology but rather companies that look like a good bet to grow profitably over the next 10 years.

Our financial weighting is still quite a bit higher than you suggest for a portfolio...so my plan is to sell our (underwater) CIX as well as one or two of our (positive) bank stocks. Appreciate your ranking and thoughts regarding our bank holdings noted above. Thank you.

Q: I purchased this company in March on the back of a decent year end report and what sounded like upbeat prospects based on a presentation on their website. The share price has since increased by 60%. I don't see any analyst coverage. Are you aware of any talk on the street or coverage? Their first q numbers should be out this week.

Q: Asked last year about this one alongside CBL. I did not buy either but just read an interesting article from Rida Morwa on seeking alpha and would love another analysis of WPG for a contrarian iinvestment. Do you beleive they can cover the 23% dividend and if they cut it do you think the price would flop or rise. I know its a flier but just fishing.

Q: I would like to invest in a REIT geared toward residential apartment rentals and have narrowed it down to CAR.UN and MRG.UN. With a smaller market cap and lower payout ratio, would you agree MRG.UN has a larger runway for growth?
