I read a comment saying PPL is overvalued compered to peers with a sell recommendation. Your thought ?
I have ENB (2.5%), TRP (1%),
These 3 companies can be considered in a utility sector instead as Energy sector ?

Q: Currently I deal with several brokerage firms. National, TD, Scotia, Royal and MD Management. This has been an evolution but dealing with so many accounts is a bit cumbersome. I am looking at consolidating into one House. I.e. MD Management. Can you give me your thoughts on dealing with only one firm and any insight you may have on MD Management? Very difficult to get a handle on MD since they are the financial arm of the Canadian Medical Association and as such are private. I enjoy dealing with them therefore the reason for favoring them. Thank You

I have read recent media reports suggesting that the investment world views Canada as the primary listing location for many speculative "Cannabis" and "Blockchain" companies and that this is hurting overall investment in Canada and the TSX/Venture exchanges.

Q: I have been using 2.6% as the TSX dividend yield for 2017. Accurate? I read 2.8% somewhere recently. Thanks for your help in clarifying. As always this simple metric is surprisingly hard to find.

Q: Until recently the pundits were claiming the Can dollar would be going lower in relation to the US dollar, in the last week or so that tune has changed. Given the recent CAN dollar strength, what does your Crystal ball say going forwards? ( and why, US Tax? move to commodities?)
