Q: Hi Guys, the fixed income part of my portfolio needs a few additions, the returns on GIC's are very low, would be happy with PSA but apparently not available through my broker TD Waterhouse so my question is how would you rate the above 4 bonds, maturity date is no more than 3 years out.

Q: I see you have recently been supportive of MRT which has seen a substantial run down in pricing in the last five or so years, as has CUF. My understanding is that CUF has measures in place which address its prior shortcomings and should promote a recovery. Do you support this view for CUF and do you consider its prospects favour a recovery in MRT pricing. Thank you.

Q: My Reit and Utilities have become underweight in my portfolio (not because they haven't done well - other stocks have just done better). What would be your top three value investments in these sectors today (they all seem a bit expensive right now) in both the US and Canada. i am looking for both income and a bit of growth.
