Q: I see the stock is down over 35% today. I have a position in this, thinking it was a nice, solid, good yielding infrastructure company. Should I be selling my position or buying more?

Thanks

Q: Hello, as you know WMT has lost about 12% of its value in the last two days only. Is it time to move on and switch to something else ? Thanks, Gervais
Q: Gooood morning.
What are your thoughts on Stantec's (STN-ca) earnings? They seem a little underwhelming to me. Is this an opportunity to take a position in a good company, today, that hit a bump in the road... or is this going to be dead money from the $33 level for the next year, or so.
Thanks.
John

Q: Hello Peter and Ryan,
i. Apologies, but i need a clarification. Are Shopify's existing shares Class A? I was thinking of existing shares which have done well, but was wondering if I should wait before I add and what would be a good price to add?
ii. How long should one wait before pulling the plug on GUD? I only invested due to management, but the time frame seems a bit much for any upside here?
iii. Do you still like Covolan and is it good time to add?
iv. Please suggest which is better option: HMMJ , MJJ (the actively managed ETF) or CGOC (not in your list but if you know much about it please, Cannibis growth opportunity )
Thanks again and appreciate your input.

Q: Hi,
Could you comment on EIF latest results, consequently what is now its return on equity (ROE)? Is it up or down?

Q: Would you consider the SHOP has passed the best time of the business life cycle? Canada and U.S. Chicken Farm business, NAFTA and so on..... Just my thoughts about recent news about shop, looking back long enough, Canadian companies are just like chicken, and U.S banks and brokers are farmers. The farmers feed chicken then kill them later they want. BB, Nortel, VRX, CXR... It's another time two U.S firms joined NB feed the SHOP, last year they short SHOP, looked like they failed, now turn around to feed shop.. bet on later days/years, U.S hedge fund or brokers will "kill" the iconic Canadian company in E-com sector.
Thanks
Thanks
Q: Your thoughts on reported results?
Q: Hi Peter and Team - I know this question is a little outside of the regular type of question/answer component of your services and that you are not in the business of predicting macro economic events. However am just wondering if you have any thoughts on how interest rates may play out over the next couple of years both in Canada and the U.S. With the tax reform package now passed in Congress is it quite possible that this could lead to fairly major inflationary pressures in the U.S. and therefore substantial interest rate increases. If so then what might be the effect on Canada's interest rates and resulting stock market movements. Thanks.
Q: Hello Team,
I've been patient and I was looking for a chance to grab Uni Select shares at a good price. I am happy to have waited so far since the price of the share dropped more than 13% following today's earnings,
What is your advice (grab some share, let the dust settle...) following today's drop in price.
Thank you for the good advice!
Michel

Q: I am confused as to whether there is a dividend increase, level or reduction, based on the latest press release. Would you please clarify for me - thanks
Q: I manage my own RRSP portfolio which is in the 7 figures. It is made up primarily of micro and small cap stocks. I spend on average about an hour a day doing research and placing purchase and sale orders. Does this time spent seem typical for anyone who wants to do a proper job managing their own money and hoping to do better than ETFs or mutual funds?
Q: In a recent reply you advised growth stocks as opposed to dividend in a TFSA. Appreciate any suggestions. Thanks
