Q: I have some cash to deploy (2.5%) and I am considering these companies. Ignoring sectors could you give me your thoughts on these companies, short term (2 or 3 years) and long term 5+ years.

Q: Zymeworks Inc no longer trades on the tse but is a Canadian company. Can I buy this stock on the NYSE in my tfsa and not pay taxes on capital gains? Also, what do you think of this company.

Q: Your thoughts on the posted results for Alaris's Q1 and the associated 30% dividend cut? I thought the dividend cut would be harsher, so I was pleasantly surprised. Based on today's closing price, the annual dividend yield is still 12.3%. If you wanted to wait until after the Wednesday conference call to answer, that's ok.

Q: I have observed that the price of uranium has moved up significantly and Cameco has followed nicely. I would appreciate you opinion on why the price of uranium is increasing and if you would consider Cameco a decent buy.

Q: I have these companies in my high revenue portfolio. It has been performing well. In these changing times, I find myself switching to companies that have high revenue growth and will not be affected by closure. Any expert thoughts or input would be appreciated.

What is the distribution ratio?

Q: Unfortunately I bought shares in AYX in February, near its all time high and have experienced a significant loss. It is off its deepest low since March but even with a 5% increase today it is presently still below its best recovery since then. What is your view on its prospects for when the economy solidifies to a recovery - is theirs the sort of product line that will attract good business? Is there reasonable prospect for upside? I see an answer to a question today referred to it having high risk; is there more down side than upside? If you were me, would you move on? And if so, what would be something with more potential and less risk (I know, those sometimes are seen to be mutually exclusive, but perhaps there is something)? Thanks for your excellent service.

Q: Hello 5i Team
Northview REIT (NVU) has issued the Management Information Circular for the proposed takeover of NVU by Starlight and Kingsett Capital at a price of $36.25.
Please advise on the following questions:
1 - As no other offer came forward during the go shop period, I am assuming the $36.25 per unit offer will be the best and final offer current shareholders will receive.
2 - Which is the best option to select: OPTION 1 —ALL-CASH ELECTION or OPTION 2 —HIGH YIELD FUND SUBSCRIPTION ELECTION and if Option 2 is selected which percentage of the Unit Election should be selected (refer to the Letter of Transmittal and Election Form).
3 - Reviewing the Management Information Circular, the High Yield Fund looks like the original Northern Properties REIT prior to the 2015 takeover of the True North Apartment REIT. Essentially it looks like Starlight Capital (Mr. Drimmer) is buying back what they sold in 2015. What is 5i's view on this?
4 - I noticed Credit Suisse Securities (Canada), Inc. has become a 9.95 % holder of NVU - do you think they are playing the arbitrage between their purchase price and the offer price?
