Q: Hi, Constellation's COO Mr Miller also announced an ASPD agreement for acuisition/disposal of his company shares but at a much larger scale of 10,000 shares a week for price range above $1,000 and below $800. It could be some sort of management plan approved for its top executives/large holders to generate personal liquidity. But, how do you view it from investors' perspective ? There could by as well more of these disclosures in the future. Would such initiatives not put a pressure/cap on stock price ? Thanks
Q: May I please have your latest view on GRUB? I note DoorDash has very recently surpassed it as the top on-demand food delivery service in terms of dollars spent, and its increase in share seems to have come almost entirely at GRUB's expense. I have only a very small position, made much smaller over the past few months. Time to move onto one of the many better (or better behaving!) opportunities out there?
Q: I'm interested in this ETF for the international portion of our portfolio because I like the dividend yield as well as the countries it is invested in. But it is very small and only recently opened by Vanguard in August with very low trade volumes. What happens to investors money if an ETF folds? What are your thoughts on this ETF? Are there other ETF's with similar yield and country diversification?
Q: I follow your Balanced Equity portfolio, and have new money to add, probably enough to add to 6-10 positions, which ones should I add to today?
Please do not include the following companies, since I am fully weighted/overweight in them: BNS, CSU, MG, MX, PBH, PKI, SIS, SU, WSP
When do you think you will be making the next BE portfolio change? If you are planning on selling an existing BE position, please do not recommend that I add to it at this time. Thank you.
Q: Hi, Could you please comment on the earnings release from this morning. Sounds upbeat !! What do you think of their plan to double Sales with higher margins over 5 years ? Do you believe, company is back on track after repeated misses ? Thanks
Q: Not a question just a statement. Here is a reminder for us long term holders of Knight Therapeutics on what the investment horizon may be.
"For investors, if their investment horizon is not their grandchildren, we are not the right company for them. Paladin had 19 years of record revenues but for 12 of those years, our stock was flat. It took us 19 years to become an overnight success." - Jonathan Ross Goodman
Q: I saw in a prior response that you feel Goodlife is "too small". It has performed well since it's IPO and may not be so small for much longer. How do you feel about this one 3 months after your last response?
Q: Nice bump today on news. What’s your take on Q4 results and the NRB acquisition? How do you feel about prospects for this company moving forward?
Thanks!
