Q: Now that LSPD has crashed through $68, do you think it could fall as low as $50? Thank you.

Q: Hi Peter.
Many of my and other high growth stocks have taken a beating. Many of them down more than 50-60% plus off their highs. However, the DOW and the NASDAQ don’t seem to have taken a tumble of that proportion.
My concern is that if this is truly a “bust “ as some pundits are calling it out to be and the indices like the S& P etc are due for further drawdowns, that could result in these hard hit high growth stocks going even down further.
In simple terms, how does 5 I see this playing out.? By stopping to taper, is the Fed creating another bust as they shore up liquidity?
Thanks

Q: Which company do you have more confidence in for a long term hold? Thank you
Q: What did you think of Lightspeed’s Investor Day? It seemed to me that they insist that their technology and underlying business remain strong.
Q: Hi
We want to give each of our children $50,000 each as a Christmas gift, as we believe that we would rather see them enjoy it as we are still alive..
The plan is to take it out of our TFSA and not our cash accounts as we would have to pay capital gains.
We should be able to reinvest the amount taken out of our TFSA in the next year,.
Does this make sense?
Your comments are most welcome
Thank you
Mike

Q: I have been holding ATVI for over a decade, I enjoyed the ride up and I'm painfully watching it's decline because of the the leadership controversy. I believe the stock is worth holding if the current CEO is ousted to help with the culture change.
Do you agree? If not, any suggestions where to move my money in the same space for long term growth.
I own U and RBLX.
Thanks for the great service!

Q: On Nov 17/21 I asked a question on VGR regarding them dividing their real estate douglas Ellimann from VGR. Do you have any updates for me.
Q: Rare Earth Elements traded for over $4 this year, and was hovering between $1-2 in the last few weeks. Last week, they announced that each shareholder is being given one right for every share we own, that allows us to purchase another share for $0.24. My question is why would they do this so far below current and recent prices? Is this another way of giving shareholders a pseudo-dividend or sweet deal? I assume this is why the share price has been falling in the last few days (a possible doubling in the number of shares). Can you comment? Here is a snippet from their announcement. I assume it would be silly NOT to take them up on their offer.
"One (1) subscription right will be required to subscribe for one (1) common share of Rare Element Resources Limited at the subscription price of $0.24 USD per share. ... Additional Shares: If you exercise your basic subscription privilege in full, you may also exercise an oversubscription privilege to purchase additional common shares that remain unsubscribed for at the expiration of the rights offering, subject to availability and pro rata allocation of shares among persons exercising the oversubscription privilege."

Q: Is the change in leadership at CSU cause for concern?
Q: I have TSLA, NIO in EV play. They did well. I reduced NIO holding to reduce overall exposure to Chinese market. I saw CRNC got hammered today. Is it a good buy opportunity? What is a good long term buy right now if CRNC is not?
Thank you.
Thank you.
Q: It looks like there was a big buy that occurred on Monday, is that something worth noticing or am I grasping at straws. Just thinking of adding some new money to this company. Thanks as always.
Q: So it seems that all stock sites show the incorrect market cap for Topicus because none of them include the 129.8M diluted shares yet. Yahoo finance shows the market cap being just under 5B, but I believe its closer to 11B euros. Which would mean that TOI trades at approx 15x to 16x Sales. Looking at CSU historically it never traded above 8X sales. Are my rough calculations accurate and if so TOI is trading at a heavy premium above where CSU ever traded yet they still have a lot to prove, where CSU has proven itself. Thoughts?
Q: Please comment on the recent news about its writedowns and new strategic plan. Does this company have potential for a successful turnaround and is it attractive as a speculative buy?
Q: Hi, any news on TD that may have contributed to the recent upswing in price? Thanks.
Q: Just found out PPL let the CEO go to pursue other interests. They also fired their auditor and have restated their 2020 Q4 financial statements according to SEDAR. What the heck is going on here?
Q: Pembina has dropped below its 200 day moving average. Would you consider this a buy, hold or sell and is there anything driving the price decline?
Q: Please comment on the quarterly results. Is the drop overdone? Would you add to an existing position? Thank you.
Q: Earnings released after close. Revenue growth appears very strong but loss increased. Can you comment on results and if the revenue growth trumps poor earnings. What do you see happening going forward. I'm warming up to QUIS. Is it a speculative buy?
