RIV is in the process of completely reinventing itself. After a 16Feb 2021 Special Shareholders Meeting, RIV will be severing ALL ties to Canopy, including changing its name. To pursue its American cannabis goals it will probably drop its TSX listing and trade stateside. Jason Wild Asset Management will be the largest surviving shareholder (at about 25%). The new entity intends to get more operationally involved in its holdings.

Q: Have followed WPRT for years and understand your feelings on it. Recently they seemed to have started a comeback, with their engine’s adaptable to hydrogen and the large truck orders with Amazon and working on research with Scania. Do you think there is hope and might it be a decent speculative buy?

Q: Le Chateau has closed all their physical stores and there online sales have been growing. Wells Fargo is in the drivers seat and looks like it has been able to re-coup most if not all the loan. What do you think Wells Fargo will do with the company? It appears, Insiders own most of the shares.
Q: TWC has several of their courses applying for commercial redevelopment.Is the company a good hold while this process is playing out?
