Q: With soft drink sales lagging at Pepsi and Coke, what’s taking them so long to jump on Celsius? With Celsius shooting up the way it has the past year, do you think much of a premium to today’s price would still be required for the deal to be made?

Q: Looks like questions on this one come about once a year, and it seems like one is due. Wondering if you could update your views, especially in light of the remote work situation.

Q: I was reading something from Paul Merriman where he recommends allocating a portion of your portfolio to a small cap value fund, particularly for investors with very long time horizons as he claims that historically this is one of the best performing categories over long periods. How do you feel about this strategy? I was considering either IWN or VTWV. Do you have a preference between these two and can you suggest a similar ETF for international (non US) small cap value?
Q: Q: What are your thought on this company, its market advantage and would you recommend a small position for a long-term hold.
Q: Could you comment on the just announced acquisition of Vicom Computer Services by Converge Technology Solutions? At first glance, it looks like a solid acquisition which will nicely expand its operations in the US Northeast.
Thanks as always.
Thanks as always.
Q: Hi guys. Hope you had a enjoyable and safe holiday. You must have backlog of questions to answer? I have hung on to my Siyata wireless shares thinking they would finally start getting more shares with their new sales team in place and so many vendors agreeing to resell their device (ex. ATT, Verizon, Bell, Rogers, and more) but sales are still sluggish. The Nasdaq listing doesn't seem to have increased exposure to new share holders. In your opinion is this company simply a dud? Also they have not released their Q3 financials and we are in January!! If they are now on the nasdaq is there not a time limit on how long a company can delay the release of quarterly financials? My patience is wearing thin but I still like the story behind this little company. What's your take on SIM?
Q: You have commented on Sernova in response to several questions since 2013. DoEs its movement since the first of December, 2020 indicate som form of “critical mass” has been achieved?

Q: This is about Value play through ETFs.
Two questions. Assuming that Value as opposed to growth is going to get traction in 2021.
1. Small cap value or Large cap value going forward.
2. Which ones from my picks above you think are worth considering. Any favourites?
Thanks

Q: Hello team,
What is really behind CELH growth since you mentioned it back in October?
Is this a post-covid play when gyms will be open again for people to exercise and enjoy their energy drinks together?
Would you please expand on your liking of this company, its fundamentals, and its growth potential. Do you think it makes a good takeover candidate? Will you just buy at current prices or do think there may be a meaningful pull back along the way?
Thank you and Happy 2021!

Q: Happy New Year to you all. I have held a small position of "Eastern Platinum" for many year. Recently received a note that "The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Eastern Platinum Ltd. will issue one right per share held on Dec. 18, 2020, with each right entitling the holder to buy one share for 32 cents per share. According to the TSX, the rights will begin trading at the open on Dec. 17, 2020, under the symbol ELR.RT and Cusip No. 276855 14 5. The shares will trade ex rights at the same time.
The TSX reports that trading in the rights will end at 12 p.m. Toronto time on Jan. 22, 2021. The rights will expire at 2 p.m. Vancouver time on Jan. 22, 2021, and will be delisted at the close on the same day. Trades in the rights on Jan. 20, 2021, will settle on Jan. 21, 2021, trades on Jan. 21, 2021, will settle on Jan. 22, 2021, and trades from the open to 12 p.m. Toronto time on Jan. 22, 2021, will settle on the same day.
For more information, see the company's rights offering circular and rights offering notice, each dated Dec. 11, 2020, available on SEDAR."
What should I do about it? I only have 100 shares so if I sell "elr.rt" today, the profit won't even cover the commission (TD waterhouse $9.99). Is that the way the company to rise money? The share closed at 0.39 today. If I take the offer, will the share price go up (above 0.32/per share) after Jan 22, 2021? Thanks.
