Q: I have a question about XRE and the real estate stocks in general
I noted that the above has been going up recently
is there a fundamental reason for it ?
I have REI.un, I am thinking of selling it and putting it in XRE
thanks
Michael

Q: As of June 2018, when the last question was posed on Cardinal Health , you were lukewarm on it at that time. Would your opinion be any different now?
Thanks

Q: I have noticed a lot of press about fund managers shorting Canadian banks. I have TD, Royal and BNS. Is this a time to unload them?

Enghouse Systems Limited (ENGH)

Kinaxis Inc. (KXS)
Q: Of the companies listed,SYZ has been declining while the others have been rising. It is now below its’ 150 DayMAvg.Is the price drop due to lower liquidity as SYZ has a much lower volume than the others?
Q: I am considering borrowing to invest in these two companies to take advantage of a rise in the oil price,if it ever happens.Perhaps SU or CNQ would be safer choices. What do you think?
Q: I own some TRP.PR.E (TransCanada rate reset preferred shares) which have taken a beating over the past 6 months (down around 20%)
What is the prognosis for recovery? Should I hold for long term or sell and move on?
Your good advice is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Q: Greetings 5i crew,
If one were interested in investing in the graphene industry where would you suggest we park some capital to do so?
One company came on my radar called Graphene Nanochem symbol GRPEF. Unfortunately cannot find enough information on it to make an educated decision upon. Any info would be much appreciated. http://www.graphenenanochem.com/
Cheers

Q: Can you please expand on your overview of this, one of my favourites, for its potential and healthy dividend. Also the new management of Ms Thomas and its blockchain use in a new finch international marketing of their and other diamond producers. They also seem to consistently find huge record sized stones. As usual thank you for your consistent and clear analysis.
Q: I would appreciate your opinion on investing in Hamilton Thorne (HTL.V) at this time.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Q: I purchased bb last spring as a auto software play and also a China play with the entry into an agreement with a partner in China. Please give me your thoughts as to the validity of these reasons, and should I cash out at a 40% loss and move the money to another cdn. tech company like otex or any other suggestion you may have.
Cheers, Doug

Q: I've owned XYL for a year or so now and am about even on it. It seems to me to be doing a wonderful job at just about everything it does and yet it seems to be a volatile trader without much overall price improvement in the past 12 mos. I'd like to add more (currently @ 3% of my portfolio) but am waiting for it to go up and stay up...what am I missing?

Q: I know you don't cover US stocks, but my question is on Twilio. It seems to be a company that is in favour with positive stock price momentum. What do you think of this company? Are there any Canadian equivalent companies in the same industry with the same growth prospects? Thanks
Q: Thoughts on their earnings?
Q: Hi team,
Do you think there will be a rotation from "growth" to "value"?
Could I have three value names you like(CA or US)
Thank you!

Do you see a speculative opportunity here and would your appreciate your thoughts on the company considering recent developments. Thanks John

Q: Do you think a tactical switch from TECK.B to PKI would make sense at this time? With full awareness that this is a sector change.
Q: PZA has been acting better as of late. Any reason why ? Is it a good time to let it go or do you see some potential going forward ? I don't need the yield. Thank you for your comments.

Q: Hi,
I want to increase my US and International equity exposure by using $US ETFs (VIG and VXUS respectively) but the Canadian dollar is pretty weak right now (improving slightly lately). Does it make sense to convert to $US for this investment (long-term horizon) when there could well be significant headwinds if the Canadian dollar continues to strengthen. Also, valuations are higher in the US than in Canada, but International looks to be relatively cheap. Thoughts on how to proceed?
Regards, Michael
