Investment Q&A

Not investment advice or solicitation to buy/sell securities. Do your own due diligence and/or consult an advisor.

Q: I hold both of these industrials. EIF has done much better during my hold period plus I get a decent and seemingly secure dividend. CAE is one company that should get tailwinds from increased defence spending, sometime. I'm thinking of selling CAE and increasing EIF. No tax issues. Your thoughts, please?

Many thanks and BTW, I feel like 5i is a reliable source of information and guidance with your subscribers best interests up front
. Keep up the great work.

Q: This stock - CLS has gone crazy in the last year: FPE = 47, MS = FBV $322.70, TRI has a buy at this lofty FPE, and 15 analysts according to CIBC have price target for 2026 of $617.00. Who is right? At current price a full position for me would be 187 shs ( $90K). I see 5i still recommends a buy.

Q: Hello, KMB has come down 13% in the last 5 days because of the proposed merger with Kenvue. Is this an opportunity to buy? If so, should I wait a while for it to settle down some more? The big question is : is this going to end up like Bayer acquiring Monsanto and then facing a neverending stream of lawsuits? Thanks.

Q: Hello,

I like and appreciate the timely customized responses you provide to subscriber questions.

When I get up in the morning and look at 5i to see what is new, it looks like you have been up for a couple hours and prepared fresh responses to questions.

I also find it beneficial to check back in thru the day, on weeks like this, to catch up on the latest questions and responses.

I took your advice a few years ago and purchased other subscriptions and am learning from different perspectives besides 5i.

If it takes a few days to clear the question backlog, it is not critical to me, because my investing is becoming more planning oriented and use 5i, and 5i subscribers multi-faceted questions, as an additional input to the process.

Keep at it.

Thank you

Q: Hello
Wondering if 5ii can comment on daily questions being answered in a consistent time window ? IS there an actual internal commitment (time or # of questions) or are both random ?

I feel since we have a signed up to the 5i paywall should we not expect to have most to all of these answered within 2hrs of market open minimum VS completely random times or 2-3 pages much later in day.

The are many FREE market emails or alike that arrive daily at the exact same time which is very helpful for DIY investors to make their research / investing decisions accordingly

IE:
Open Bell Daily or even the Motely Fool or the Pomp Letter
