Q: Further to my question regarding US financials and covered call etfs.
First thanks for your answer.
Both CALL and ZWK trade in CAD. Are there any USD denominated covered call etfs?
Or is there more merit in owning USA etfs in CAD?

Thanks.

Q: S&P 500 High Beta ETF (SPHB). What is your opinion of SPHB vs VOO? The fee is .25%, but it seems to perform better long and short term to make up the fee. Can you add SPHB to your database?

Q: Relative to diversifying my investment portfolio I am considering buying a lot and building a multi unit residential complex where I would rent 3 units and then live in the other. The cap rate for this investment is at 3.5% which is well below the preferred 7%-12% real estate industry baseline. This investment will require $2M in working capital which is about 55% of the funds I have for all investments. Given the dividend rate for a diversified allocation (BTSX) of dividend paying stocks, estimated to be 4%, would you consider this real estate investment to be a good option for an investor?

Q: 2021 was expected to be a good year for the agriculture industry. However it appears the heat wave in North America will reduce harvest. NTR comprises 4.5% of my growth portfolio. Would it be a good idea to reduce exposure in NTR?

Thanks for the service you provide.

Mike

Q: Good Morning.
I have some shares in these US pipelines, as well as ENB.
With WMB being a limited partnership - what will the tax consequences be with CRA in relation to their dividend payments?
Thank you.

Q: WTG has announced a "modified dutch auction" to buy back $1Billion worth of shares.
Is there anything to be learned from previous companies that did this? The trading activity is going to be skewed for the next few months. I believe the price will trade closer to $98 over the next few weeks.

I owned shares of HCG when they did a similar proposal and I recall regretting not selling to the market just before the offer closed because it traded above the cutoff price.

Thanks Dave
