Q: Good morning...with increasing interest rates on horizon...was looking at selling BEP and addition to my holding on Sun Life...I understand they are different but don't see much for BEP other than income for now...your thoughts..

Just a noticed a sudden one day drop in the price of TF. Can you please provide me your opinion on this MIC and are any other MICs that you would prefer in lieu of TF for income in a TFS or RRSP account. Thank you.

Q: Hi,
Just noticed that TH has issued a Treasury Offering of Convertible Unsecured Senior Notes. The size of the issue is US $ 50 million, par value $100.00. They are 5 Yr cd's witha coupon of 5.75% and a converstion price of US $ 14.75 (equivalent to about Cdn $ 19.12)

Would you feel this is a good value cd, or are we better to just buy the stock directly? As always, we value your opinion.

Q: In my daughter's RESP I hold TD(39%)up 13%, PBH (39%)up 110%, GUD(17%) down 20% and 5% cash.
I still have 9 years to go before the first withdrawal.
I was thinking of diversifying TD and/or PBH. Which dividend ETF (with growth potential) would you recommend?

Q: Peter and Team:

After a year or so I am sitting even on CXI. I have been pleased with the recent run, and was surprised to see it downgraded in your report. I hope this doesn't result in a significant share price drop as we have seen in the past (how does it feel to be a market mover).

Anyhow I was wondering what you would think about a move to GC. There has been a really good run as of late (I was looking @ $32) but hopefully this is just the start. Your article on CSU was great and helps put things in perspective.
