Q: Hello 5i Team,

Wondering if you can give me your thoughts on the future potential of Brick Brewing, as they announced their 2018 year-end results last week. They currently do a significant business in co-bottling, and management says they plan on being part of the future cannabis-infused drink business when it becomes legal.

I read, however, that there will be strict rules for cannabis-infused drink bottlers, in that they will not be allowed to use the same bottling facilities as they do for alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks, due to cross-contamination risks. This will certainly add significant extra costs to all beverage companies that want to get in the cannabis game.

Thanks.

Brad

Q: Are there any stocks in particular that will be impacted positively or negatively if the Ndp or Conservatives win the election? I read an article that Andrew Pellar and Brick Brewing might benefit from a Ford government. I assume Hydro might do well under an Ndp government if the buy back the public shares? I would like your best guess and any other companies that could be impacted.
Thank you

Q: Brick Brewing Company has shown very good gains since I bought it. Do you see further upside in relation to the fundamentals and momentum? I am at a decision point and considering taking my profits and investing the original amount in another small/medium size brewery. If I were to do this do you have any suggestions regarding this type of company. Thanks.

Q: My shares of Brick Brewing have shown good gains since I bought them about half a year ago. Am just wondering what your latest thoughts are on this company: revenue, earnings, cash flow, debt, momentum, potential upside and downside. Since we are moving away from the summer season into the winter season do you feel that sales will drop enough to put downward pressure on the stock. Thanks.

Q: I like the price chart for Brick Brewing (as well as their products :). Their stock took a 6% hit today on medium volume - can you tell me why?

Looking at their price chart for the last 6 months I see a lot of similar "down" days, which are usually followed by a quick recovery within a few days. What is going on here?

The stock has had a nice runup over the last 12 months - up about 80% at present. Do you see this stock as a Buy, Sell, or Hold, and over what timeframe?

Thank you!
