Q: It is said that AI will decrease the need for software or processes provided by software technology companies. Some fund managers have said that they have reduced their software holdings. Of the companies listed, are any more "immune" to the effects of AI?

Q: Hi team,
What’s your latest take on Clbt? Is it worth holding for a hopeful recovery ? Or is there overall”better” growth names a guy should own instead right now ? Names I was debating replacing Clbt with were APP, Hood , Geni. Of these 4 names mentioned how would you rank them for potential over the next few years? Or is there another top pick of another US name you would choose today?

Thanks
Shane

Q: Hi Peter, I have a TFSA portfolio with 15 stocks in it and was thinking of adding TRI to the list. In order to do this I would have to sell 10 shares of my RY and 7 shares of my CM which together generate a 78.60 dividend a year. The new position in TRI would probably be around 10 shares and a 1% weighting in the portfolio giving me a divided of 23.60 a year. Is losing the difference in dividends of 55.00 worth adding TRI, does doing this make sense in the long run. Thanks

Q: Some of the higher risk, more speculative names you've expressed as being interesting have very high short interest:

TMDX: 42%
SOUN: 33%
WULF: 31%

How much would this impact your investment making decision and are there any extra considerations you take into account?

Q: My stock allocation for Canada and US combined is close to 90 per cent.
I’m very pleased with my portfolio growth and I have your team to thank for the advice and suggestions. In my portfolio analysis, your suggestion is for me to have 30 per cent allocated to international stocks. Since the vast majority of your advice and reports pertain to Canadian and to a lesser extent American stocks, how do I gain the expertise and suggestions having to do with international investing? Is it really a concern or can I accomplish steady growth without the full 30 percent international diversification? Thanks

Q: It’s time for me to rebalance my stock portfolio. What I usually do is figure the percentage that’s in each sector and I include the preferred shares in the sectors. Does it make sense to do this? Maybe preferreds should be part of the fixed income. Your thoughts on this is appreciated.
